Sales Policy 

All products are sold as described and subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

 

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Shipping Policy 

Orders are typically processed within  2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Refund & Return Policy 

Due to the nature of food products, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

However, we will issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your order was not delivered

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
